We are a passionate professional team with expertise on piped water supply over 10 years of experience in Cambodia. We provide both business management and technical support to water supply entreprenuers in Cambodia. ISEA is an isolated professional team from Gret which has been working in Cambodia since 1988 in which particially work in piped water supply since 2000. Based on that experience, ISEA has officially autonomous become a professional consulting firm specialized on piped water supply in 2012.

Our Team

Mr. YI Sokkol is one of Innovative Services, Engineering and Advisory (iSEA) founders acting as chief executive officer. He is a national reference in the field of Water and Sanitation in Cambodia, thanks to more than 16 years gaining from working with GRET international NGO which also provides consultancy to other international development stakeholders.
He has experiences in water and sanitation for urban and rural community, setting up piped water supply and sanitation system projects, which brought him experience of development and implementation strategies, with skill of institutional arrangement, public-private partnership, feasibility study, business plan, construction, training/monitoring for water supply and sanitation businesses. Last 6 years, he has been working in developing local first affordable services, engineering consultancy and access to financial services dedicated to private services provider of water and sanitation.

Mr. CHHIM Tit Cresna joined ISEA in 2012. His portfolio of responsibilities includes marketing and business development, as well as socio-economic analysis, feasibility study, water business financial analysis and banking service. He has over 5 years of experience in water sector in Cambodia. Prior to joining ISEA, he previously worked as a consultant in GRET.
Cresna holds two Master’s degree in Business Administration from Norton University and Environmental Management from Hanoi University of Science. He also has a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Environmental Management from Hanoi University of Science and brings to ISEA very significant management experience gained from working with Global organizations such as Nokia Siemens Network and Scicom Berhad. He has also garnered extensive experience in customer relation, communication and advertising from his 5 years of service in several companies prior to first joining ISEA in 2012.

Mr. CHHIM Sovannka has seven-year experience in water sector in Cambodia ranging from data collection and data entry to data analysis and business plan report writing. After graduating from college in 2010, he worked for a private water supply company as a system operator. Being a system operator, he was responsible for managing billing system, collecting production data, generating sales report, and production report to submit to the manager and stakeholders (GRET, VBNK, MIME). Over 4 years of his work in that company, he has absorbed numerous knowledge regarding business management and technical management through several trainings provided by GRET and VBNK in DPSP program.
The experience he gained from his previous job led him to grab a job opportunity in GRET at the end of 2014 as a Socio-economist. In GRET, he has involved in A2F program, CBRS, UNICEF project, and private projects. Currently, he and his team members are implementing CBRS program and have assisted around 25 SWEs to successfully request loans from FTB Bank for their investment projects.

Ms. OUN Sreymao has the experience on the water and sanitation and irrigation sector. After getting the engineering degree, she worked in irrigation system design team for JICA project for three provinces, Pursat, Battambang and Kampong Chhnang. Then, during working at Gret (a French NGO), she got the Master degree on Water Resources Engineering.
As a Water and Sanitation Engineer since 2014, she works for many projects, Private water operators, Access to finance and AFD-Access to finance project. She is responsible in designing the water supply facilities such as water treatment plant, storage, pumps and pipe network. Moreover, she assists to compose the Pre-financing and Feasibility study report by producing the asset valuation and technical assessment report related to water supply infrastructures.

Ms. NGETH Kimsreng is a Technical Officer of iSEA. She was born in 1988, and graduated Diploma of Rural Engineering at ITC in 2009. After that in 2014, she was graduated Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering at Institute of Technology of Cambodia. She worked as Assistant Planning of Kukdong E&C and HHI Corporation Joint Venture Co., Ltd., and a Rural/Irrigation-Engineer and CAD Operator at Key Consultant Cambodia. She joined with iSEA as a Technical Officer since 2015. Tasks assigned such as: Modeling pipe network for A2F Project, Detail pipe network, Architecture and Structural of Water Treatment Plan and Underground Reservoir.

Ms. VAT Namon gained her bachelor of development studies in economic development in 2018 from Royal University of Phnom Penh. Prior to starting work in iSEA, she used to do her internship in NUPPUN Institute for Economic Research, where she was equipped herself with research skills, strong work and so forth. In early 2019, she started to join iSEA team as a Business Analyst in Business Development and Marketing Team Department.

Mr. SEM Sotheara obtained a BA in Business Administration from Build Bright University in 2005. He started his first job in David Construction Company in Cambodia. He spent more than 6 years working in the company as a Purchasing Officer. Later on, he moved to Red Green Blue (RGB) Media Company first as Cameraman Assistant and then as Admin Officer. He was promoted to the Admin Officer for 4 years after being employed for 3 years in the assistant position. In 2017, he got a chance to join iSEA Company and is currently serving in the Monitoring Officer role.

Mr. KONG Ratha graduated from Institute of Technology of Cambodia in major Water Resource and Rural Infrastructure, also Pannasastra University of Cambodia in major English for Business Communication. Currently, He is a WATSAN Engineer in iSEA Company working for WASH sector.
Since 2015, Ratha had involved in many projects such as school WASH (UNICEF), Provincial Investment Plant and Assessment (ADB), STONE Family Foundation, WASH-OBA (Australian Aid), and other project from private water operator. Duty? 1) check, supervise, monitor and facilitate the construction works of water supply infrastructures 2) bill of quantity and cost estimation, construction schedule planning, construction as-built 3) conduct hydraulic design of all water infrastructures with design note and report analysis 4) conduct hydraulic modeling pipe distribution network analysis and realize 2D architectural, structural and pipe distribution network drawing, using AutoCAD 5) 3D drawing of water treatment plant, using SketchUp, and 6) water treatment plant infrastructure assessment and report.
