Innovative Services Engineering & Advisory is a new first incubating business located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, specializing in consulting services for small and medium sized sanitation and water supply businesses.

Today, ISEA is a first business incubator in Cambodia. Our solution is to provide a confident, quality, truth, profitability and sustainability to the water supply investor.

2016: Year of startup business

In 2016, ISEA has officially isolated from GRET’s project and register as a private consulting company specialize on piped water supply. Our strategy is to work closely with local private water operator and guide them the right way in term of water supply standard. Up to now we have totally 15 staffs.

2015: Year of implementation practice

GRET wins a project called Capacity Building for REEs and SWEs to access financing from AFD through FTB Bank and to improve business performance. ISEA, as a partner of GRET, has involved as a technical support to conduct the pre-financing study, water asset valuation, investment project and business plan for small water enterprise. ISEA has 13 employees.

2014: Year of developing products/services and team building

GRET/ISEA with local business firm EMC has gained a project from the Water and Sanitation Program – World Bank called Access to Finance to prepare an investment project document and business plan to submit to the bank. ISEA implement as technical support to conduct a feasibility study and insert the technical data input to EMC for completion of a business plan. The team of ISEA was growing up to 9 staffs.

2012: Year of initiation idea

ISEA has been created as a GRET project with 3 staffs. The idea is initiated since 2009 by Mr. Clément Frenoux, founder-more than 15 years experiences in Cambodia, by seeing the evolution of water supply business that lead to strong demand for the technical assistant. Unfortunately, no firm provide this specific service yet in Cambodia. By then, iSEA project was funded by FIND and SUEZ to pilot.
